Adventure Photography and Mountaineering

As humans we have forgotten about our connection to nature. We have been bombarded by adds and a life-style that has been imposed rather than chosen by us. It’s all we have seen and learned so it’s hard to know something else. Para esto se vive or «This is what you live for» wants to show people all over the world that there are different types of living, different types of experimenting life. I would like to tell you my story through images of different adventures in time.

Experiencing nature, going back to the roots

I understand that adventure sports are very new to us but nature is not. We lived thousands of years as nomads, hunters and gatherers and those genes of adventure have been embedded  on us through time. That thrill for the unknown that instinct of survival is part of who we are as humans.

We have translated the thrill of the unknown into adventure sports. When you go out on an expedition you never know if you are coming back or not, the same feeling you had 8000 years back when the food supply in your area was scarse and had to move to a new unknown place.

¨“Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.”¨
